- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are stepless/level or accessible via ramps.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
- The cash desk is 76 cm high at its lowest point.
- Mobile ramps are available for boarding and alighting the train.
- The two spaces for wheelchair and rollator users in the cabin are at least 142 cm x 124 cm.

General information: Please note that the Drachenfels is a nature reserve and may not be accessed by private vehicle. The Drachenfelsbahn is therefore the only means of access to the attractions apart from the footpath.
